Technical Pre-Sales Support

One of the benefits on counting with a Competitor as a Microsoft Partner, or with a Microsoft Action Pack, is that it gives you the right to access the technical pre-sales team of Microsoft Sweden.

This team is local and can help you to solve functional questions about the product. They can offer you information about competitors and guide you during the whole pre-sales process of your opportunities.

  • The Silver and Gold members can benefit from the technical pre-sales support or from the unlimited consulting hours assigned to them.
  • The Action Pack suscriptors can benefit from the consulting hours for members from their first Clooud sale.
  • The Network Members can purchase consulting hours to receive support through the technical support community for members.
